RANDY L BALL, DMD, MSD

Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics

Meet Dr. Ball

I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Harvard University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. Following graduation, I was commissioned as a dental officer in the United States Navy and completed a general practice residency at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland in 2007. I spent 3 years as the staff dentist at the U.S. Naval Hospital, Okinawa, Japan prior to completing my endodontics residency at the University of Washington. I earned a Master of Science in Dentistry and Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Washington Graduate Endodontics Program in August 2012.

I returned to New England for three years to complete a tour with the Navy as the Staff Endodontist at the Newport Dental Clinic at the Naval Station in Newport, Rhode Island. I also spent some time in private practice. I was thrilled to be able to return to Washington after completing my career in the Navy in 2015. I have been practicing endodontics in the greater Seattle area since then.  My passion is delivering gentle, quality-focused endodontics to our wonderful patients. I also enjoy teaching and lecture regularly at the University of Washington School of Dentistry.  I am a board-certified Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics

Outside of practice, most of my time is spent raising my five boys. They keep my wife and I busy, exhausted, and happy! We enjoy skiing, sports, hiking and camping.

I am a member of The American Dental Association, The Washington State Dental Association, Seattle King County Dental Society, The Washington State Association of Endodontists and The American Association of Endodontists.
